Basiima Crafts — 14-Day Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days for a full refund (less postage/shipping costs), provided they are returned undamaged.
Eligibility

Request your return within 14 days of delivery.

Item must be undamaged, unused, and (where possible) in original packaging with tags/labels.

You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
What’s refunded

Item price: refunded in full.

Postage/shipping: not refundable (original or return).

If we provided free shipping, we may deduct our actual outbound postage cost from your refund.
How to start a return

Email [returns@basiimacrafts.com] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

We’ll reply with a Returns Authorisation and instructions.

Ship the item back within 7 days of authorisation using a tracked service. You’re responsible for return postage and safe packaging.
Condition on arrival

If the returned item arrives damaged, used, or incomplete, we may decline the refund or apply a partial refund reflecting the item’s condition.

Keep your postage receipt and tracking until your refund is processed.
Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your item is damaged or faulty on delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage).
Exclusions

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items (unless faulty).

Gift cards and final-sale items where stated.
Refund timing

Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges

To exchange, return the item as above and place a new order; we’ll refund the original per this policy.
